Which payment methods are available?

Payment is made through Debit/Credit Card, Deposit, Bank Transfer or PayPal. This way, you can use a credit card (or debit card), with all its convenience and security, through a secure and encrypted system.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to order my Cardamomo México?

No, you can pay with credit card.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost are 189 MXN in all México, For other locations, the shipping costs depends the destination.

How is my order shipped?

Shipping is via DHL.

Is there a way to track my shipment status?

Yes. You can follow your shipment status using a code we’ll provide you with, once your order is shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

If your order exist in stock, generally we need 3 business days to prep and ship your order. Otherwise, if you ordered a limited edition, or any piece out of stock, the shipping can take from 15 to 30 days. But they will be made just for you!

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always cancel it and your payment will be refunded.

To which countries do you ship Cardamomo México?

México, USA, Canada and all European countries.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Ooh No, you have to return or exchange your Cardamomo México?! Don't worry it's very easy. We believe that Cardamomo México should always make you happy!

Please read the following:

The product must be returned in its original and new condition, with no signs of use within 30 days of receiving the order.

If you wish to make an exchange or return, please contact us at info@cardamomomexico.com.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all respective components.

We're so sorry, but we don't assume liability for loss or damage occurred during shipment of the returned product.

If for some reason Cardamomo México don't make you feel totally happy, and you wish to exchange/return them, simply send us an email to info@cardamomomexico.com.

Ooh, ok... we really feel sad that you want to return them, but if so, upon our receipt of the product and after evaluating its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.
